We are an artist-led, independent VFX studio based in Auckland. We provide true end-to-end visual effects production - from pre-production and on-set supervision through to final delivery. Working directly with the artists and supervisors who will deliver your shots means fewer handoffs, clearer communication, and tighter creative continuity from start to finish.
Pipeline-led production efficiency.
Up to 50% faster shot delivery and 75% lower pipeline overhead, powered by MORML - our proprietary machine learning production layer. From tools like Mimic (that learns from before/after frames) to automation across bidding, cleanup, and delivery, MORML reduces manual repetition and scales your pipeline efficiently.
Scalable production team.
A core team of 20 experienced artists that scales flexibly to 30 as needed, while preserving quality and consistency without adding unnecessary overhead.

Led by Auckland-based VFX Supervisor Caleb Thompson, MOR draws on 20+ years of global experience to shape custom-built workflows and a creative culture focused on consistently delivering their best work.
Caleb was awarded the VES Award in 2017 for ‘Outstanding Compositing in a Photoreal Episode - Game of Thrones; Battle of the Bastards; Retaking Winterfell’.
