Masters of Reality is seeking a VFX Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the studio and project management. For all jobs, you will facilitate the process from early client discussions, bidding and shot breakdowns, right through to making sure the final result is completed of a high standard and delivered on time. Working with the VFX supervisor and artists, you will ensure shots are being tracked and delivered according to established targets and milestones. This position requires effective project management skills. We are looking for a clear communicator that demonstrates a high level organization and possesses a proactive and positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare project quotes and manage billings
Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
Set and monitor project milestones
Schedule projects and assign crew
Brief teams and oversee project delivery
Coordinate resources and outsourcing requirements
Track show progress and provide regular reporting
Arrange freelancers as required
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive VFX production knowledge
Experience supervising people and projects
Experience managing budgets
Strong written and verbal skills
Outcome driven and highly efficient
Ability to operate autonomously as well as a part of a team
Detailed understanding of the VFX production process and equipment
Diplomacy skills
Strong sense of client service and people orientated
Administrator level knowledge of ShotGrid Software
